How the system works

An enquiry comes in, someone decides whether it deserves time, someone replies, someone puts it in the diary and someone makes sure the person turns up. When people do all that, it works for as long as there are people free to do it. What we build is the same journey without that dependency.

The same journey, whatever the sector

  1. Capture

Everything lands in one place: forms, WhatsApp, social messages, calls. Without that, every channel is its own list and none of them is complete.

  2. Qualification

Before anyone spends time, the system asks the few things that show whether there is real intent and a fit. Your team stops splitting its attention evenly between people who are ready and people who are browsing.

  3. Follow-up

Anyone who does not reply first time is not dropped: they go into a sequence that chases sensibly and stops when it should. This is the part that slips most when it is done by hand, because there is always something more urgent.

  4. Booking

People pick a slot against your real calendar. No back-and-forth emails to agree a time, which is exactly where promising conversations go cold.

  5. Reminders

A nudge before the appointment. It does not end no-shows, but it cuts them, and a diary full of gaps nobody fills costs the same as a full one.

Where would this fit in your business?

The five steps do not go in at once, and you rarely need all of them. The usual starting point is wherever most is falling through today.
